any chance to buy a steam key here for this? since steam itself wouldn't sell it to me due to their self-inflicted limitations for this "region".

What region are you where these games are banned?
Germany. Here Steam did invoke a auto-ban for all things "adult themed". As soon as the Tag is set, the game is not "reachable" in the store. That's why so many games have "external uncut patches" or sell key here or on similar sites. (or simply ignore germany as a market)...
